01. Visualising Your Brand
To help visualise how your logo works across various materials and settings, we'll create mock-ups of the correct logo format for small spaces, such as browser tabs or a pen, to large-format exhibition prints. A full range of use cases for print, signage, and across all digital platforms gives you confidence that your logo works well in both vertical and horizontal spaces. We will provide you with a colour palette for digital (RGB), print (CMYK), Pantone (paint) and RAL (signage).
Next, we'll develop a bank of logos in each of your brand colours to enable ease of use for your team and associates.

02. Logo Development
Having access to perfectly formatted logos in all formats allows your team to swiftly develop a PowerPoint presentation, design a flyer, or prepare for an event. There are often last-minute requests for branded workwear or flyers, and with a collection of logos, you can work efficiently and with confidence. We will provide a collection of PNG logos in various colours and orientations (ideal for social media and online use), along with the source files for digital and print professionals.



03. Photographic style,
patterns and icons
How you represent your brand out in the world and maintain a consistent message requires an agreed-upon style of photography and videography. In this phase, we will develop a bank of stock images that portray a consistent photographic style, create patterns, gradients, a set of industry-relevant and on-brand icons that can be used as backgrounds or overlays on photography to generate more interest and build a cohesive well thought through experience and can be used in a versatile way for for future marketing campaigns.

04. Social media templates
Support your business with a content plan and a set of typical communications that provide you with various templates to depict types of communications bespoke to your company and brand. We will create landscape templates for Facebook and LinkedIn posts, as well as Instagram posts (4:5 aspect ratio, carousels, and 9:16 aspect ratio for reels).

05. Brand Guidelines
Brand guidelines ensure a clear and consistent set of rules that define how your brand looks and sounds. We interview you, undertake a deep dive into your mission, vision, and values, and produce guidelines for your logo use, colours, fonts, imagery, and tone of voice. It ensures everyone, from designers to staff, communicates your brand consistently across all platforms, helping build recognition and trust over time.

We will pre-load Adobe Express with your fonts, colour palettes, your stock imagery, social media templates and logos. This easy-to-use design package (akin to Canva) is a simple tool that allows you to draw more stock imagery, video, and develop and resize social media posts easily. We will provide you with a video walkthrough that details how to use the brand and templates correctly.
